World Curling Federation

The World Curling Federation website was the first website to utilise the Ausgate Technologies' reThink Platform.

Ausgate Technologies was tasked with the World Curling Federation website rebuild as part of the Kodiak Technologies team, and work in conjunction with bitRail, Official supplier to the WCF.

The World Curling Federation website adhered to a number of strict conditions and layout guidelines, as one would expect from a world sporting body. The initial graphic components were designed and supplied by "InFront Sports & Media" who are also the Official Media and Marketing Partner of the WCF.

The WCF website is responsible for the creation of the reThink Platform, as it posed the challenge of requiring very flexible page content and layouts. Each page required the ability to carry not only stories and articles, but also events, galleries, rich media, download files, and also the ability to have raw Excel spreadsheets uploaded and automatically parsed into HTML tables.
